Forming Machines
PVC Spiral Supply manufactures the Marlon 5000 Speed Former. This forming machine is used by many other coil manufacturers around the world. It was designed with high speed production in mind and is renowned as the fastest, most reliable coil former on the market.

Binding Equipment
The Marlon 350 Commercial Automatic Coil Crimper was designed in 2002 and has helped increase coil production all over the world by eliminating the need for hand held crimping pliers which has reduced workman comp claims. The 350 Crimper is available in air or electric models. With interchangeable cutter blades, the 350 can crimp from 6mm to 50mm coil and cycle up to 50 times per minute.

Filament
PVC Spiral Supply owns and operates 10 plastic extruders capable of producing 50 lbs of filament each per hour.
